Declaration image We, as Christ's ambassadors sent to the workplace, lay claim to the mission to contribute to the fulfillment of the Lord's Great Commission through workplace ministry.
For this mission, we make it our core value to bring up the dedicated business missionaries who are reproducing other disciples, to foster a biblical workplace culture through the practice of love and serving, and to participate in national and world evangelization through a cooperative ministry.
We also make it our long-term vision to accomplish the far-reaching goals which are as follows by 2020: Firstly, we achieve the primary goals of domestic ministry by developing more than 1 community in the big city, and developing 1~2 communities in the small or medium sized city. As for our foreign ministry, we strive to establish bases in 6 continents and then open BBB communities in cities with more than 10 million people, and furthermore, open BBB communities in cities with more than 5 million people around the world. To concretely achieve such a far-reaching goal, we make the Holy Spirit, the Words, prayer, fellowship, evangelism, fostering, training, and dispatch a part of our Basic Life. Based upon it, we not only bring up the dedicated workplace missionaries who are reproducing in our workplace by strengthening the M2M fellowship between the cell-leader and cell-member, but also reinforce the quality of bible study for the thorough application of the Word-centered life. We will take the lead in fostering a biblical workplace culture in our workplace through the practice of love and serving. For the qualitative improvement and effective diffusion and promotion of workplace ministry, we also strengthen the supporting function through the specialization of BBB Headquarters. To successfully achieve this, we secure the efficiency and flexibility of the training system so that we might share the effective ministry strategy, and ultimately assist the local communities to obtain the ability to self-train. Futhermore, BBB members will communicate with each other smoothly and effectively share information regarding the ministry, by building up the optimal network to meet domestic and foreign environmental changes. In addition to the above, we activate the housewives community so that they might pray for the workplace ministry actively, and participate in the cooperative ministry with the family-centered local churches positively. If we dedicate ourselves to the achievement of our vision with the help of the Holy Spirit, we are confident that the Great Commission, which we all hope for and the Lord desires, will be accomplished in our generation! Amen!
